Returns and Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us:

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions: The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to MaxiMush LLC, located at 30 Law Lane, Canton, NY, 13617.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to MaxiMush.com, accessible from http://www.maximush.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which your Goods were purchased.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. If Your product was damaged upon arrival, this must be clearly stated as well. You can inform Us of your decision by:

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your cancellation / return. If We have paid any difference in shipping expenses of your original order, this cost shall be deducted from your refund. We will refund your Order no later than 10 business days from the date on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Goods must be returned in the same condition as when they shipped. Any Goods that have been used, damaged, or modified in any way are not eligible for return. DO NOT ship any items to Us that have been used, damaged, or modified in any way. If Your product was damaged upon arrival, this must be clearly stated in your email with a clear picture confirming said damage. MaxiMush LLC holds the right to deny any returns that do not meet this criteria.

Conditions for Returns/Refunds:

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods have not been used or modified in any way.
  • The Goods are in the same condition as when they shipped.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Any Goods that have already been inoculated, used, damaged, or altered by You in any way.
  • Any Goods purchased more than 14 days before we receive your email.
  • Any Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Any Goods which have been unsealed or damaged and are thus no longer sterile, whether this damage occurred before or after delivery.

If Your Order was damaged upon arrival, a refund may still be issued at our discretion after sufficient proof of destruction is confirmed via email. We will require a high definition photo of your destroyed Goods proving that your Goods have been compromised. In this case you may still be eligible for a refund without the need of a return. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

  • Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be returned/refunded. 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please include your name and order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the box with Your return.   You should send Your return to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
